Our research team uses a combination of statistics and qualitative analysis to clearly show how certain demographic groups are feeling and how equipped teams are to promote inclusion. The Inclusive Culture Audit not only assesses where your organisation might be on the inclusivity journey, but helps you understand what’s being projected to prospective employees, consumers, and partners. 

Because an organisation’s ability to improve inclusion is linked to its policies, we also offer a Policy Analysis service to really solidify positive cultural change. Our team takes a deep dive into current inclusion policies and identifies areas to make improvements best suited to organisational goals. By reviewing processes on a structural level, we’re able to make bespoke immediate, medium-term, and long term amendments to your policy, resulting in a sustainable DEI plan.
