We’re incredibly proud to have designed a unique programme for developing racial equity within organisations. Our Equity Programme is founded on a unique methodology for driving equity for your organisation’s marginalised groups, hand in hand with their managers. It’s based on evidenced insight that all too often managers, and their inability to manage for difference, are the key barrier to driving equity in business. This six week programme ends in the co-creation of a strategy for change between marginalised staff and their managers, who buy into and roadmap its implementation.
