DEI Communities

Ambassador Networks, Affiliate/ Staff Groups or Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are the engine room of inclusion within organisations, driving grass-roots change and deepening cultural intelligence. To make them as impactful and productive as possible, it’s critical they have a clear strategy aligned to the organisational DEI plan.

Our ERG programme, for example, provides insight into the key ingredients they need to be effective, as well as how to co-create a strategy and roadmap to success. We also coach and mentor ERG leads to support them on their change journey. Lastly, we hold specific workshops aimed at building intersectional understanding and mutual support across different types of DEI communities.
