Rare with Google

Since 2017 Utopia has been Rare with Google’s partner on their Leadership Academy, a global leadership programme to accelerate under-represented talent careers in the creative industries. Helping them thrive at every stage of their career.  By developing these individuals’ leadership potential, we hope to propel us all towards a more diverse, equitable and inclusive world.

Rare with Google has accelerated the careers of over 1,000 people living in every corner of the world. We’ve delivered both physical, 2-day programmes at Semi-Permanent, D&AD Festival and Adcolor, as well as virtually across a 6-week modular programme with live tutoring, speakers and toolkits. 

We advise on the strategic direction of the Academy, as well as curate and design the programme. We source speakers who sit outside the dominant cultures of society to challenge and inspire. Lastly, we use expert facilitators to build safe spaces to create career changing experiences for the delegates.

Utopia’s in-depth understanding of the barriers and challenges that marginalised talent face across workplaces, combined with our Inclusive Leadership expertise and experience of driving change with leaders is what makes our programmes successful. The feedback speaks for itself.
